Adele will perform the theme song for the next James Bond film Skyfall

One of the exciting things about a new James Bond film is hearing the new theme song and finding out who will sing it. There are been a lot of iconic James Bond theme songs like: “Live and Let Die” by Paul McCartney, “For Your Eyes Only” by Sheena Easton, “Die Another Day” by Madonna and “Another Way to Die” by Jack White and Alicia Keys. Now you can add one of the biggest musicians to the list of artists who have contributed to the super-spy series in Adele. It’s been rumored for awhile that Adele would lend her vocals to the franchise, but today it’s been confirmed and we will all get to hear a new James Bond song that could live on long past the release date of SKYFALL. And just so you don’t feel like you got gypped, there are a couple of new banners for SKYFALL as well, though they don’t have Daniel Craig on them and a poster which we’ve already seen the image from.
Directed by Sam Mendes, SKYFALL is set to star Daniel Craig, Judi Dench, Ben Whishaw, Ralph Fiennes, Ola Rapace, Albert Finney, Javier Bardem, Naomie Harris and Bérénice Marlohe. The 23rd James Bond film opens in theaters on November 9th, 2012. (Showbiz411)
