Al Pacino joins Lindsay Lohan and John Travolta in Gotti: Three Generations

For the longest time, it felt like something strange was going on with the GOTTI: THREE GENERATIONS film. The way they announced Travolta as Gotti and then Lindsay Lohan’s involvement all gave me the feeling this movie was never really going to happen. But apparently it’s legit as the legendary Al Pacino is returning to the mob world as Gotti’s advisor Neil Dellacroce. He joins a cast that already includes Joe Pesci, Kelly Preston, Ella Bleu Travolta and the aforementioned John Travolta and Lindsay Lohan.
The film was originally going to be directed by Neil Cassavetes, but he dropped out and was replaced by Barry Levinson. Levinson has experience in the crime world after directing BUGSY. The film is said to focus on the father-son relationship between Gotti Sr. and Gotti Jr., the latter of which turned his back on the mob and went his own way. The role of Gotti Jr. has yet to be cast.
