Amy Adams and Reese Witherspoon are being considered for a role in Trouble With The Curve

It was rumored that Sandra Bullock would be playing the role of Clint Eastwood’s daughter in TROUBLE WITH THE CURVE. But it seems that she has moved on from the project.
Now Amy Adams and Reese Witherspoon are being eyed for the role. The film is about an aging baseball scout, who is slowly going blind, and takes a final trip with his daughter to check out a hot prospect. I’m going to guess that at the end of the film the father finally does lose his sight bringing an extra layer of depression to the story.
If I had to choose who I wanted to see in this, I’d definitely have to say Adams. I don’t have anything against Witherspoon but I feel like I see her in everything and after a while her personality gets tiresome. Either would be a decent choice, if Witherspoon does get it then I would still check it out. Eastwood hasn’t acted in bit so it will be nice to see him in something.
