Bradley Cooper replaces Jude Law in Jane Got A Gun

Bradley Cooper

To recap, the film JANE GOT A GUN was an intriguing project when it was going to be directed by Lynne Ramsay and starring Natalie Portman, Michael Fassbender and Joel Edgerton.  But then Jude Law replaced Fassbender and Lynne Ramsay decided she didn’t want to show up on the first day of shooting and the project had trouble written all over it.  But Ramsay isn’t a great director (WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT KEVIN was filled with amateurish problems) and when she was replaced by Gavin O’Connor (who directed the fantastic and underrated WARRIOR), my faith was restored.  But I was still a little skeptical since Jude Law dropped out, but consider me officially excited now that Bradley Cooper has stepped in to save the day.  If you ask me, the project is in much better condition now than it was a month ago.

JANE GOT A GUN stars Natalie Portman as a woman that is seeking help from her ex-lover (was going to be Michael Fassbender but will now be Joel Edgerton) when her outlaw husband (was going to be Joel Edgerton, but then was going to be Jude Law and now is Bradley Cooper) is injured and being hunted by his former gang.
