Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill star in the first 22 Jump Street trailer
I’m not often surprised by comedies, but 21 JUMP STREET took me off guard by being one of the funniest movies I’ve seen in several years. I was too busy complaining about lack of originality and remaking old TV shows and then I got hit over the head with a surprisingly fresh film, thanks in large part to Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill. Well, as we all know, a successful comedy always leads to a sequel and with that in mind, here’s the first trailer for 22 JUMP STREET.
The official 22 JUMP STREET synopsis: After making their way through high school (twice), big changes are in store for officers Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) when they go deep undercover at a local college. But when Jenko meets a kindred spirit on the football team, and Schmidt infiltrates the bohemian art major scene, they begin to question their partnership. Now they don’t have to just crack the case – they have to figure out if they can have a mature relationship. If these two overgrown adolescents can grow from freshmen into real men, college might be the best thing that ever happened to them. 22 JUMP STREET stars Channing Hill, Jonah Hill and Ice Cube. The Phil Lord and Chris Miller directed film hits theaters on June 13th, 2014.
