Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth star in the final trailer for The Avengers

To everyone involved with the marketing for Marvel’s THE AVENGERS; I thank you for this trailer. Up until this point, I was starting to have doubts. The marketing had been a little cheesy and I was afraid this was going to turn into a big marketing campaign to sell toys (even the movie poster was disappointing). But this trailer gave me something I hadn’t felt before; goosebumps. I was visibly excited to watch Iron Man, Captain America and Thor battle each other and then battle the bad guys. This is an impressive trailer and I am fully pumped for the the film to hit theaters.
THE AVENGERS stars Chris Evans (Captain America), Mark Ruffalo (The Hulk), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury) and Stellan Skarsgard (Erik Selvig). The Joss Whedon directed film hits theaters on May 4th, 2012.
