Chris Klein joins the list of struggling actors returning to the American Pie sequel

Something I don’t admit very often is that I really enjoyed AMERICAN PIE 2. I don’t know why I enjoyed it, since I didn’t like the first one and I despised the other sequels, but the second one makes me laugh. So I say that, only to point out that it is possible for this particular cast to be funny together. Are they too old to get back together? Yes. Are they only doing this because none of them have found success outside the franchise? Yes. Is it confusing why Sean William Scott would do this? Yes. But money talks and aside from Scott, the rest of the cast has nothing but time on their hands.
So far, Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Eugene Levy, Alyson Hannigan and now Chris Klein will all be returning. We all know that it’s only a matter of time before Tara Reid and Thomas Ian Nichols announce their grand return to the franchise.
