Clash of the Titans 2 finally gets a title

The upcoming sequel to the 2010 remake CLASH OF THE TITANS is well underway in pre-production and it’s actually about time they settled on a title so us writers can stop calling it CLASH OF THE TITANS 2 (which sounds a little lame). Originally they came up with a name that seemed to work, but for whatever reason it wasn’t resonating with the studio or director Jonathan Liebesman, thankfully they have just come back to it so we can all move on with our lives. Are you ready for the big reveal? The sequel to CLASH OF THE TITANS will be called…
WRATH OF THE TITANS
Was that anti-climactic? I’m sorry, but this isn’t much of a story to go on and I do have to make this somewhat interesting for you guys to read.
WRATH OF THE TITANS follows our hero Perseus (Sam Worthington) as he sides with Zeus, Poseiden and some of the smaller gods to go up against Hades and Ares who are set on releasing the Titan god Kronos who is bent on releasing havoc on Earth. The film will also star: Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Bill Nighy, Rosamund Pike, Edgar Ramirez and Toby Kebbell. WRATH OF THE TITANS is set for a March 30, 2012 release.
