Courteney Cox and Pretty Little Liars' Lucy Hale in new photos from Scream 4

More photos have popped up from the upcoming Wes Craven horror film SCREAM 4 and even though I have posted a couple here, you can see some more bloody ones from the link below but beware of spoilers. SCREAM 4 finds our heroine Sidney Prescott who has put her terrifying encounters with the Ghostface Killer behind her and has written a book. Sadly, when she goes back to her hometown for a visit, she will also be greeted by an old friend who wants to kill her. SCREAM 4 stars: Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Anthony Anderson, Adam Brody and Lucy Hale who is pictured below. It opens in theaters on April 15, 2011.

I’m surprised that so many photos are surfacing, especially if you check out one of the photos from the Facebook page linked below. Seems like they are giving more than necessary away, but I’m sure Mr. Craven has a couple of twists and turns up his sleeve to keep us all interested.
