Finding Dory will be swimming into theaters in 2015
The long-awaited sequel to Pixar’s beloved Academy Award winning film FINDING NEMO is finally swimming into theaters. The Disney/Pixar creation FINDING DORY will follow the friendly-but-forgetful blue tang fish voiced by Ellen DeGeneres. Director Andrew Stanton will once again takes the reigns. The story takes place about a year after the first film, which came out in 2003, and will feature more than a few familiar faces including Marlin, Nemo and the Tank Gang.
Although we don’t have a full story synopsis, Stanton gives a little insight stating, “she (Dory) will be reunited with her loved ones, learning a few things about the meaning of family along the way.” To be honest, even though Pixar has recently lost a step or two, they still deserve all the faith in the world, especially when making a sequel to one of their greatest achievements. DeGeneres is more than excited to reprise her role, as I’m sure most fans are too. FINDING DORY is schedule to make a huge splash into theater November 25, 2015. (Disney)
