George Lucas bringing Star Wars: The Phantom Menace back to theaters in 3D

Yes, you read that correctly. George Lucas is trying to kill us all by bringing the worst film in the entire saga, STAR WARS: THE PHANTOM MENACE, back to theaters on February 10, 2012. Only this time fans will have to suffer through the film with obnoxious headgear, that’s right 3D glasses. Yup, Lucas is planning on releasing all of the STAR WARS films in 3D, one a year until the end of civilization until he runs out of films. There are no other words to express my thoughts on this. I can’t decide who I’m more disgusted with, Lucas for milking this franchise even more or the general public who are no doubt going to see this crap again. Toss up.

In case you missed it the first time around, STAR WARS: THE PHANTOM MENACE tells the story of the young Anakin Skywalker and how he started off all innocent before he turned into Darth Vader. Another refresher, this is the horrible film with Jar Jar Binks, did I just make you rethink seeing the film again? The film starred: Liam Neeson, Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman and Jake Lloyd.
