Hugh Jackman will share the screen with Famke Janssen in The Wolverine

News from the upcoming film THE WOLVERINE (starring Hugh Jackman as the title character) continues to filter in as we have learned that Famke Janssen, who played Jean Grey/The Phoenix in the X-MEN trilogy, will be making a cameo in the movie. If you are thinking that this sounds a little off since Wolverine actually killed Jean Grey/Phoenix in X-MEN: THE LAST STAND, then your worries can be laid to rest as THE WOLVERINE takes place before any of the X-Men films just like X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE did, which now makes perfect sense, right? Since Famke Janssen will just be making a cameo, she obviously won’t be in the film long at all, however, we may see just enough to help us understand why Logan (Hugh Jackman) has such a crush on Jean Grey, but that may just be wishful thinking on my part.
