James Gandolfini and Julia Louis-Dreyfuss star in the first Enough Said trailer
Starring two stars responsible for two of the most recognizable TV show characters of all time, ENOUGH SAID will now be known more for being one of James Gandolfini’s last roles. I’m not sure if that will help or hurt the film’s performance, but the first trailer for ENOUGH SAID actually looks pretty decent. It’s hard not to like Julia Louis-Dreyfuss or James Gandolfini and it seems both are laying on the charm here. ENOUGH SAID stars James Gandolfini, Julia Louis-Dreyfuss, Catherine Keener, Ben Falcone, Toni Collette, Tracey Fairaway, and Tavi Gevinson. The film was written and directed by Nicole Holofcener (who also did FRIENDS WITH MONEY) and will have a limited release on September 20th.
The official ENOUGH SAID synopsis: A divorced and single parent, Eva (Louis-Dreyfus) spends her days enjoying work as a masseuse but dreading her daughter’s impending departure for college. She meets Albert (Gandolfini) – a sweet, funny and like-minded man also facing an empty nest. As their romance quickly blossoms, Eva befriends Marianne (Keener), her new massage client. Marianne is a beautiful poet who seems “almost perfect” except for one prominent quality: she rags on her ex-husband way too much. Suddenly, Eva finds herself doubting her own relationship with Albert as she learns the truth about Marianne’s Ex.
