No Will Smith? No problem. At least not for the Fox, who were determined to make a sequel to their 1996 blockbuster INDEPENDENCE DAY. For those of us that were alive in 1996, we remember Big Willy being a big part of why the film was so successful and I’m not convinced a sequel can be successful without him. But the first trailer for the sequel has debuted and it’s better than I thought it would be. Check it out below and see for yourself.
