Walt Disney Pictures is all about feel good films, and their next one looks no different. It actually looks so goody-goody and sweet my teeth hurt. THE ODD LIFE OF TIMOTHY GREEN follows a couple (Jennifer Garner and Joel Edgerton) who can’t seem to have a child of their own. They decide on a whim to write down everything they want in a kid and bury it in their back yard to deal with the issue. Then somehow a kid comes into their lives with all the qualities they wanted, but Timothy Green is not all that he appears to be.
THE ODD LIFE OF TIMOTHY GREEN is set to hit theaters on August 15, 2012. The film is directed by Peter Hedges and also stars: Ron Livingston, Rosemarie DeWitt, Dianne Wiest and Common. Check out the first poster and the trailer below.
