Jesse Eisenberg joins Aziz Ansari and Danny McBride in 30 Minutes or Less

Jesse Eisenberg may just do slight variations of one character in all of his films, but the guy chooses some great roles. I’ve actually gotten to the point where I look out for anything he does because I expect it to be a good film. So even though I wasn’t excited about 30 MINUTES OR LESS, the addition of Jesse Eisenberg to the cast is definitely a step in the right direction. Eisenberg will star as a pizza delivery man that teams up with a high school history teacher (Aziz Ansari) to rob a bank when one of them is forced to wear a bomb vest. Michael Pena will play an assassin hot on their trail and Danny McBride will play one of the men that forces them into the situation. Finally, Nick Swardson plays McBride’s best friend.
Ruben Fleischer will be directing the film and he most recently directed the great ZOMBIELAND, so a reunion with Jesse Eisenberg makes sense. The film sounds like it could be fun.
