Johnny Knoxville and Patton Oswalt to play battling brothers in untitled comedy

Recently, Johnny Knoxville’s name was thrown in the ring for the big screen THREE STOOGES film that the Farrelly brothers are currently directing. Knoxville passed on the opportunity and has now attached himself to a comedy project of a different kind.
The JACKASS star will team up with Patton Oswalt for an untitled comedy being helmed and scripted by newcomer Todd Rohal. Knoxville and Oswalt will play battling brothers who honor their father by acting as camp leaders to a group of boys. The result does not turn out so well. Originally the script was carrying the title “Scout Master” but it seems they aren’t so sure on keeping it.
Oswalt recently showed a new side of his acting range in the indie drama, BIG FAN. The usually comedic Oswalt took a turn as an obsessed football fan who finds his favorite player doing a drug deal only to later be severely beaten by him. Oswalt usually takes on smaller, memorable roles in comedies but is now coming to the forefront.
