Liam Hemsworth and a bald Harrison Ford in new images from Paranoia

We’re well over a year away from PARANOIA hitting theaters, but given how fast new stills are released for movies these days, it’s never too early to get a jump on the marketing campaign. PARANOIA is about Adam, (Liam Hemsworth) who is blackmailed by his boss (Gary Oldman) to spy on a rival company’s CEO (Harrison Ford). Things go very well for Adam, but he soon realizes he’s in too deep and must find a way out from under the control of his ruthless boss. The film is directed by Robert Luketic, who most recently directed such classics as KILLERS, THE UGLY TRUTH and MONSTER-IN-LAW. Yeah, not exactly the most impressive resume, with his lone bright spot kind of coming with 21 (kind of). But there’s really nothing he’s done that makes me think he’s ready for a corporate thriller with this kind of cast, but we’ll find out next year.
PARANOIA stars Liam Hemsworth, Harrison Ford, Gary Oldman, Amber Heard, Josh Holloway, Julian McMahon, Lucas Till, Embeth Davidtz and Richard Dreyfuss. That’s quite a cast, so it’s hard not to get a little excited to see what they can do. The script was written by Barry Levy and Jason Dean Hall and is based off the novel by Joseph Finder. The Robert Luketic directed film is due to hit theaters on October 4th, 2013. (USA Today)
