I was just complaining how every time one of the Snow White films does something marketing-wise, the other has to do something within a few hours to one-up them. Yesterday, MIRROR MIRROR announced they were changing their release date to March 30th and then a couple hours later SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN released a new image. Not to be outdone, MIRROR MIRROR has now released the second trailer, this time an international version with some new footage of the film. At first glance, it seems that the film’s tongue is planted firmly in cheek, but after going over it again, I can’t shake the feeling that this is going to be a disaster.
MIRROR MIRROR stars Lily Collins as Snow White, Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen, Armie Hammer as the charming Prince and Sean Bean as Snow White’s dad. The movie will hit theaters on March 16, 2012.
