Matt Bomer, Liv Tyler and Patrick Wilson will star in Space Station 76
One project that has been flying under the radar and is currently in the editing phase is director Jack Plotnick’s sci-fi dramedy called SPACE STATION 76. Considering this is Plotnick’s first directing project, he managed to snag some pretty impressive talent including Matt Bomer (MAGIC MIKE), Liv Tyler (THE LORD OF THE RINGS: FELLOWSHIP OF THE RINGS) and Patrick Wilson (WATCHMEN). SPACE STATIONĀ 76 is a film that takes place in a future that is similar to the 1970’s era and follows Liv Tyler’s character who is a new assistant captain on a space station who elicits some tension amongst her fellow crew members which include robots. No word on when this interesting dramedy will be hitting theaters, but expect to see it sometime next year.
You can see Matt Bomer in his next project WINTER’S TALE in which he’ll star alongside: Russell Crowe, Will Smith Colin Farrell and Jennifer Connelly. That film is set to open sometime next year as well. (THR)
