Meryl Streep sings again in the new Ricki and the Flash trailer
Am I the only one that doesn’t think Meryl Streep has a very good singing voice? She can sing and she’s better than a lot of actresses, but I don’t think she’s good enough to merit three movies in the past 7 years that require her to sing. But she practically owns Hollywood at this point and she seemingly wants to sing, so that’s what she’s going to do. Her latest effort has her in the company of the very talented director Jonathan Demme and screenwriter Diablo Cody. The new trailer doesn’t do a whole lot for me, but I typically don’t bet against Meryl Streep, even if she is singing.
