Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver and more officially cast in Star Wars: Episode VII
With an exciting announcement expected on Star Wars Day, May 4th, it’s a little unexpected to see the full cast revealed by Disney on April 29th. But after much, much speculation, rumors and unwarranted guesses, we now officially have a cast for the next Star Wars film. I have to say, I like what I see. We get newcomers Oscar Isaac (INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS), John Boyega (ATTACK THE BLOCK), Adam Driver (HBO’s ‘Girls’), Andy Serkis (the motion capture expert that played Gollum), Domhnall Gleeson (ABOUT TIME) and Max von Sydow (MINORITY REPORT). We also have Daisy Ridley, who I don’t know. And good news for fans, we also get returning Star Wars veterans, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker.
It’s an exciting time to be a Star Wars fan. To keep up on all the latest Star Wars news, Like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.
