Rebecca Hall and Will Ferrell to star in Everything Must Go

Rebecca Hall will be starring with Will Ferrell in the independent drama EVERYTHING MUST GO. The film is written and directed by Dan Rush and centers on a man whose wife locks him out of the house and throws all his belongings on the front lawn after he loses his job. So he spends the next four days trying to sell his stuff. Hall will play a neighbor that strikes up a friendship with Ferrell’s character.
The film is being dubbed a “drama”, but given the premise and the fact that Will Ferrell is starring, it sounds more like a “dramedy”. I can see Will on the front lawn yelling at people to buy his stuff. Although the idea of someone losing their job and their wife is depressing, putting Ferrell in that situation could be hilarious.
