Reese Witherspoon, Tom Hardy and Chris Pine in the This Means War trailer

I think most people will agree that Tom Hardy and Chris Pine are two of the best young, up and coming actors working today and even if you don’t like her, you have to admit that Reese Witherspoon can act and has some charm to her. So the real question when it comes to their movie THIS MEANS WAR is whether or not director McG can focus long enough to tell a coherent story. After the first trailer, I’m not so sure he can. The film has been in development for years now and has made its way through every hot young actor and director before finally landing on the desks of Hardy, Pine, Witherspoon and McG.

The film is about two CIA agents that fall in love with the same girl and then nearly destroy the world trying to best one another. The film hits theaters on February 17th, 2012.
