Sandra Bullock and George Clooney star in several more striking images from Gravity

The gorgeous images from GRAVITY seem to be as neverending as the space in which the film takes place. Several more pictures from the film have been revealed, displaying more of its magnificent beauty. Of course, Sandra Bullock and George Clooney also star in the film. While I think the pair will deliver one of their best performances, I believe the real star will be the direction and cinematography from Alfonso Cuaron. GRAVITY (click the link to watch the trailer) is already receiving some high praise from early reviews and I’m definitely counting down the days until I can catch the picture in IMAX, which hits theaters October 4th. GRAVITY official synopsis: Dr. Ryan Stone (Sandra Bullock) is a brilliant medical engineer on her first shuttle mission, with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (George Clooney). But on a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving Stone and Kowalsky completely alone—tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness. The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth…and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left. But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space.
