Saoirse Ronan and Jake Abel appear in new photos from The Host

In just a few months audiences will get to see another Stephenie Meyer adaptation on the big screen, only this time instead of sparkly vampires the protagonist will be a body snatcher. Below you can see some new images from THE HOST starring Saoirse Ronan as the lead. THE HOST follows Melanie Stryder (Saoirse Ronan) a girl who has been taken possession by a “Soul” named Wanderer (that’s the name of the aliens) but her subconscious is fighting back making it difficult for Wanderer to gain complete control over Melanie’s body. The book wasn’t bad and I’ll be interested to see how Saoirse Ronan deals with her almost split personality in the film. Check out the new batch of images below.
