Saoirse Ronan, Max Irons and Jake Abel star in the new The Host trailer

Yesterday a poster and now a trailer, looks like Summit (correction: Open Road) is trying to piggyback on the release of TWILIGHT: BREAKING DAWN PART 2 by promoting their other Stephenie Meyer adaptation THE HOST. The new trailer makes the film look interesting enough and I think fans of the novel will be happy with what director Andrew Niccol has done with the material. Summit really lucked out landing Saoirse Ronan as their lead because she really is a great choice for the role of Melanie/ Wanderer and I’m anxious to see what she does with the role. For such a young actress she has some fantastic emotional range. Check out the new trailer below and let us know what you think.
