Two comic book fans (Simon Pegg and Nick Frost) are road tripping across the U.S. and come upon an alien that happens to be outside Area 51. The alien is Paul (voiced by Seth Rogen) who is a not your typical extra-terrestrial as he is fond of weed and cursing. As with all aliens, he’s being chased by the government and that group is led by Jason Bateman. PAUL also stars: Kristen Wiig, Jane Lynch, Sigourney Weaver, Bill Hader, Blythe Danner and Jeffrey Tambor. It’s directed by Greg Mottola and hits theaters on March 18, 2011.
This really does look pretty hilarious, and I think that’s because of Seth Rogen. He’s great at voicing characters and giving them life. Plus repairing Pegg and Frost is going to be fun, who didn’t love SHAUN OF THE DEAD and wanted to see more?
