Sweet Home Alabama starring Reese Witherspoon and Josh Lucas coming to Blu-ray in November

Disney Studios and Buena Vista have announced that for its 10th Anniversary, SWEET HOME ALABAMA, directed by Andy Tennant and starring Reese Witherspoon, Josh Lucas, Patrick Dempsey, Candice Bergen and Jean Smart, will be available on Blu-ray November 6th, 2012.
SWEET HOME ALABAMA follows the story of Melanie Carmichael (Reese Witherspoon) a fashion designer on the verge of success. When her high profile boyfriend (Patrick Dempsey) proposes to her, she has to face the fact that she is still married to her childhood sweetheart (Josh Lucas) and ran away from him and her former life in Alabama. Comedy and romance ensue as she makes her way back to her home state to face what she left behind.
Like most women, SWEET HOME ALABAMA is one of those films that is a go-to romantic comedy when I’m feeling a little low and need a pick-me-up. The fact that it’s coming to Blu-ray just puts a smile on my face and will definitely be on my movie shelf November 6th.
