Oh Haley Joel Osment, we’ve all missed you! Glad you’re coming back strong by joining the cast of the coming-of-age film SASSY PANTS. SASSY PANTS is from writer and director Coley Sohn about a recent home school graduate who is desperately trying to break free from her overbearing mother. Osment will join a cast that includes: Ashley Rickards, Anna Gunn, Jenny O’Hara and Diedrich Bader. No word yet on when this indie film will be released in theaters but there is chance it may come out later this year.
You can catch Osment in another upcoming comedy called SEX ED. About a high school algebra teacher that ends up teaching sex education in a new school. No word on when it hits theaters either. Good to know that Haley Joel Osment didn’t just fall into obscurity, he was such a talented child actor that I’m anxious to see if he’s any good as an adult. I’m sure he is, but THE SIXTH SENSE could have been a fluke.
