Mark my words; in about ten years, after their stars have faded, we’re going to see Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart reunite for some sappy romantic drama/comedy. But it didn’t take ten years for Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene to reunite post-Twilight since the two stars are appearing together in the Lacrosse drama A WARRIOR’S HEART. The film is about a teenager (Lutz) that loses control when his father is killed in the war. It has a very b-movie feel to it and seems to try a bit too hard, but the ladies will be pleased that it features at least one scene with a topless Kellan Lutz.
Along with Lutz and Greene, the film also stars Glee’s Chord Overstreet, Adam Beach and Gabrielle Anwar. It’s nice to see Anwar back in films after she appeared in the underrated Michael J. Fox film FOR LOVE OR FOR MONEY and other films like SCENT OF A WOMAN and THE THREE MUSKETEERS. A WARRIOR’S HEART is directed by Michael F. Sears and will have a limited release on December 2nd.
