Peter Berg has stepped aside and Pierre Morel has taken over as director for the next DUNE movie. Morel is in the process of rewriting the script of the classic sci-fi novel about “a galactic struggle to control the supply of a valuable spice found only on the planet Arrakis”. Morel directed TAKEN and his next project FROM PARIS WITH LOVE opens in February.
