Arnold Schwarzenegger to make his Last Stand for I Saw the Devil director Kim-ji-Woon

Before the scandal broke out, Arnold Schwarzenegger was lining up several film projects to get involved in. The two things on his plate were CRY MACHO and a 5th TERMINATOR film. One project I didn’t know about was THE LAST STAND for director Kim-ji-Woon (I SAW THE DEVIL).

On Monday it was confirmed by Arnold’s people that a deal was completeted and that he would indeed be starring in the film. The western centers on, “a standoff between the leader of a drug cartel and an aging border-town sheriff (Schwarzenegger) who must decide how much he wants to risk his life to protect his town from the criminal.” It’s possible that the movie will begin production at some point this year.

There’s no word on whether or not the actor/former governator will get back on board for another TERMINATOR or CRY MACHO.
