I’m sorry to say that THE THREE STOOGES film from the Farrelly Brother is still moving forward, but now we have a short list of actors they are considering for parts. Ready? Here goes: Justin Timberlake, Larry David and Woody Harrelson are up for Larry, Hank Azaria, Benicio Del Toro and Johnny Knoxville are up for Moe and Will Sasso (television’s S!@# MY DAD SAYS) is the only “known” name up for Curly. Quite a list, right? Well, until they narrow down one of the stooges, they won’t be able to cast the other ones which is why there is such a huge age range. Since casting is taking so long, the shoot has been pushed from March back to April.
The Farrelly Brothers really do need a hit since their last few have pretty much stunk up the screen, I just don’t think this is the route. Nobody really cares about The Three Stooges and I predict a fail.
