In the beginning of the Twilight world, if you had asked me which star I thought would be most likely to build an impressive film career post-Twilight, I would have said Nikki Reed. She had proved her talent in the film 13 and she just seemed like the kind of actress that could string together a few hits and make people forget she starred in the Twilight films. But as it turns out, things have been hard for her and she’s still swimming at the bottom of the Hollywood food chain, trying to score small projects when she can. Next up for the actress is the film PAWN, which is a crime-thriller about an ex-con that gets into a bad situation involving the police, FBI, the mob and hostages.
Along with Nikki Reed, Sean Faris, Stephen Lang, Marton Csokas, Jessica Szohr and Jonathan Bennett are all joining the already announced Michael Chiklis, Forest Whitaker, Ray Liotta and Common in the film. SAW cinematographer David A. Armstrong is directing PAWN from a script by Jay Anthony White. The film is actually being set up by Michael Chiklis and his Extravaganza Films production company.
