Paramount Home Entertainment has announced that the film JUSTIN BIEBER: NEVER SAY NEVER, with appearances from Miley Cyrus, Usher and Jaden Smith, will be released on Blu-ray in a BD/DVD/Digital Copy combo pack on May 13, 2011. This Friday the 13th release date will give retailers the chance to do promotional parties and such. The film follows the young pop star as he risings to the top of charts and becomes an international superstar ending with a performance at Madison Square Garden in New York. The film was released in 3D at theaters but there is no word on whether or not a 3D version will be available on Blu-ray. There is also no confirmation on whether or not this release will include the director’s cut (who was Jon Chu) that was released a month later in theaters.
I heard this film will turn you into a Bieber fan, but personally I’m not willing to chance going down that road. If any of you out there had to see this in the theater please let me know if it was as dull as I imagine. Special features include:
