Tom Cruise learns the truth in the new Oblivion TV spot

Even though OBLIVION still has three months before it opens in theaters, it appears that there will be a lot of promotional material on the horizon. Last Friday we saw a new image and now we’re seeing the first of what will probably be many television spots for the sci-fi action film starring Tom Cruise. I’m not complaining because love ‘em or hate ‘em, Tom Cruise almost always chooses fun films to be a part of and OBLIVION looks no different. Now I’m just on the fence as to whether I’m more excited to see Tom Cruise battle for planet Earth or seeing a film with Morgan Freeman as the bad guy leading a resistance. It’s a toss-up people. OBLIVION stars Tom Cruise, Morgan Freeman, Olga Kurylenko, Zoe Bell, Melissa Leo, Andrea Riseborough, James Rawlings and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. The Joseph Koskinski directed film hits theaters everywhere on April 19th, 2013.
