In what is probably the most anticipated comedy of the year, ANCHORMAN 2: THE LEGEND CONTINUES (click the link to watch the trailer) is striking as the perfect counter programming during the peak of the movie awards season. In fact, Entertainment Weekly has chosen to give Will Ferrell as Ron Burgandy and his San Diego news team the distinct honor of a cover photo, over the likes of many Oscar caliber type films. I for one am excited to see the guys back in action as the original continues to get funnier with age.
Directed by Adam McKay, ANCHORMAN 2: THE LEGEND CONTINUES will star: Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, James Marsden, Kristen Wiig, Christina Applegate, Megan Good, Luke Wilson, David Koechner and Harrison Ford, along with numerous celebrity guest cameos. It opens in theaters on December 20th, 2013.
