Will Ferrell will welcome Kevin Hart to film Get Hard

Will Ferrell has put out many decent comedies and it looks like that will continue with his next film GET HARD. GET HARD is in the process of being acquired by Warner Bros and they are hoping to have Will Ferrell team up with actor Kevin Hart. GET HARD follows a rich bank manager (Will Ferrell) who ends up being convicted and sentenced for a crime he didn’t commit. Since he is heading to a maximum security prison in 30 days, Will Ferrell’s character hires the guy who washes his car (Kevin Hart) to get him ready to do the hard time he is facing. GET HARD sounds like it has some opportunities for some great laughs. No word on who will be directing the film, but the screenplay is being written by Ian Roberts & Jay Martel, who are executive producers for the Comedy Central show Key & Peele.
Will Ferrell can be seen next in THE INTERNSHIP, ANCHORMAN: THE LEGEND CONTINUES and will he will be lending his voice for LEGO: THE PIECE OF RESISTANCE. (Deadline)
