I’m a little frustrated because the movie that was called I’M.MORTAL is now no longer called I’M.MORTAL. Now it’s not called anything because apparently no one can decide what to call it. However, even though it’s frustrating when movies don’t have names, it’s a good thing they dropped I’M.MORTAL because it wasn’t working. But the thriller starring Justin Timberlake, Cillian Murphy and Amanda Seyfried will add another cast member in ‘Mad Men’ vet Vincent Kartheiser, who will play the father to Seyfried’s character.
The film is about a future society where no one ages. Of course, the catch is that in order to not age, you have to pay and time is the ultimate currency. The film follows a poor man (Timberlake) that gets accused of a crime he didn’t commit and is forced on the run. While running, he kidnaps a beautiful hostage (Seyfried). Andrew Niccol will be directing.
