There’s something magical about the TOY STORY films. It’s hard to grow tired of the world of talking toys and how they touch our hearts. Everyone can share the connection of a special toy they had in their youth that was like their best friend. I had several, one of them being a My Buddy Doll. He rode in my electric jeep with me in the backyard and we went on all kinds of adventures.
So when news comes out that another TOY STORY is on the way, I have no complaints. I figured that the third installment would really be the last in the series, but according to Tom Hanks we get a fourth. When the BBC News asked the actor if a TOY STORY 4 was on the horizon, he said this, “I think there will be, yeah. Yeah, think they’re working on it now. There you go.”
I wonder if the fourth film will focus on Bonnie’s experience with the bunch. The TOY STORY short, HAWAIIAN VACATION is currently showing before CARS 2.
