X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE director, Gavin Hood has expressed interest in taking on the other planned origins film, Magneto. During press for the Blu-ray release of Wolvie, Hood mentioned he’d be up for the challenge.
I really don’t have a problem with Hood’s direction and I actually thought his Wolverine film was decent. My issue with this is that out of all the X-Men characters, I don’t think Magneto should be the next origins film. The frustrating thing is that Magneto is the only one with talk of getting their own film.
