Articles like this one make me feel like I’m really behind on my books. Luckily I have a friend that read this one. Today we have photos from the small screen adaptation of THE PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER.
The book written by Stephen Chbosky is full of letters written to a “friend” from a teenager by the name of Charlie. The friend is never mentioned but this is someone that Charlie feels like he can tell his deepest darkest secrets to. Charlie’s journey during the year of 1991 covers a great deal of events that most of us face in a period of years, if we face them at all: drugs, abuse, and sexual awakening. Logan Lerman plays the lead role with Emma Watson playing opposite as the object of his affection. Mae Whitman, Nina Dobrev, Paul Rudd and Johnny Simmons also star.
