Jennifer Lawrence is ready for action on the final poster for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

I wasn’t impressed with the posters for THE HUNGER GAMES and I can’t say I’m that thrilled with the posters we’ve gotten so far for THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE. Truth be told, it seems the bigger the movie, the worse the poster and now it seems the trend continues. Jennifer Lawrence fans won’t be disappointed with the final one sheet for Catching Fire, but I hear there are other people in the movie as well. I also hear Katniss does more than shoot her bow and arrow, but that’s just a rumor at this point.
THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE is set to star Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen), Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark), Liam Hemsworth (Gale Hawthorne), Sam Claflin (Finnick Odair) Stephanie Leigh Schlund (Cashmere), Jenna Malone (Johanna Mason), Woody Harrelson (Haymitch Abernathy), Phillip Seymour Hoffman (Plutarch Heavensbee), Jeffrey Wright (Beetee), Amanda Plummer (Wiress), Lynn Cohen (Mags), Jeffrey Wright (Beetee), Alan Ritchson (Gloss), Bruno Gunn (Brutus), Meta Golding (Enobaria), E. Roger Mitchell (Chaff) and Maria Howell (Seeder). THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE is directed by Francis Lawrence and will be released in theaters on November 22, 2013.
The official synopsis: THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour’ of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.
