Kristen Wiig, Darren Criss, and Annette Bening seem a little awkward in these photos from Imogene

Some of these films move fast. I figured that IMOGENE was still in development and here we are with some new photos from the film.
IMOGENE stars Kristen Wiig, Darren Criss, Annette Bening, and Matt Dillon in a story about a playwright (Wiig) who stages a fake suicide attempt to win back her ex-boyfriend, and winds up in the custody of her gambling-addict mother (Bening). Complicating things further is the arrival of a crazed suitor (Dillon) for her mother, who claims he’s in the CIA. Sounds like Dillon might be getting back to his SOMETHING ABOUT MARY character roots.
The film was still shooting in August but these photos give us a little taste of what’s to come. It looks like complete chaos if you ask me. Good chaos. IMOGENE will be seen first in the festival circuits next year.
Update: Seems like the images have not yet been approved, so we had to remove. We will update as soon as “approved” images are available.
