Post Twilight life has been pretty quiet for Robert Pattinson and he seems to be taking the quality over quantity approach to capitalizing on his success. But if he’s not careful, his Twi-hard fans are going to hit puberty and then forget he ever existed in the first place. Live by the pre-teen girl, die by the pre-teen girl. But I’m looking forward to his upcoming projects and he has added another interesting film to his slate. Robert Pattinson and Dane DeHaan are attached to star in the film LIFE for director Anton Corbijn.
The film will follow the true life relationship between photographer Dennis Stock and actor James Dean. Robert Pattinson will be playing Stock while Dane DeHaan will be playing Dean. The two met early on in James Dean’s career and struck up a friendship that would last throughout Dean’s rise to fame. Virtually all of the iconic photos you’ve seen of James Dean were taken by Stock. The film is being shopped at the Toronto Film Festival, so there’s no scheduled start date just yet. Director Anton Corbijn last directed the George Clooney starring THE AMERICAN.
