I’m so sick of vampires and all their drama, but audiences love them and Hollywood will deliver. Right now Dominic Cooper looks to be playing the male lead in an upcoming thriller titled HELLO DARKNESS. According to IMDB.com he will be joined by Imogen Poots and Julie Christie. The story revolves around a regular guy who gets turned into a bloodsucker (aka vampire) and then falls in love with a wealthy student presumably at a local university. The film is being directed by Richard Glatzer and Wash Westmoreland. I’m guessing we haven’t heard too much of it because it’s being shot in the United Kingdom with no distributors yet attached.
Personally, I think Dominic Cooper would be able to take Robert Pattinson in a fight. He just looks more sturdy and not as pretty, but what do you fans think? Could Cooper (who has an ever growing fan base) be a good vampire replacement when the TWILIGHT franchise is gone?
