For those fans of the adorable French actress Audrey Tautou (AMELIE and COCO BEFORE CHANEL) you’ll be happy to know she has a new film coming out this spring that will be released across the pond with a U.S. release hopefully not too far behind. The film is from Michel Gondry (ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND and THE GREEN HORNET) and is called MOOD INDIGO. MOOD INDIGO follows Colin (Romain Duris) and Chloe (Audrey Tautou) who go on their honeymoon but it is spoiled as Chloe falls ill due to a water lily that makes a home in her lung. Sadly the only way to treat her problem is to keep her surrounded by fresh flowers which, of course, are quite the financial burden for Colin. Sounds like a charming and interesting little story of which hopefully we’ll see a trailer for very soon as well as a U.S. theatrical release.
