The Campaign starring Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis coming to Blu-ray in October

Warner Home Video has announced that the political comedy THE CAMPAIGN, directed by Jay Roach and starring: Will Ferrell, Zach Galifianakis, Jason Sudeikis, Dylan McDermottt, John Lithogow, Dan Aykroyd and Brian Cox, will be available in a Blu-ray/DVD/Ultraviolet combo pack on October 30th, 2012.
THE CAMPAIGN follows long-term congressman Cam Brody (Will Ferrell) who is running for another term in North Carolina but is thwarted when naïve and goofy Marty Huggins steps in to go up against him. Comedy ensues as the two hit the campaign trail and try to gather votes in the districts.
Even though THE CAMPAIGN was a relatively low marketed film, it did gross almost $85 million at the box office which is pretty darn good since it only hit 3205 screens across the nation. I guess that just proves that Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis can bring people to the theater no matter how weak the film may be. Check out the trailer for THE CAMPAIGN below.
