As a non-obsessed fan of Harry Potter, I’ve spent most of this week trying to understand exactly what “Pottermore” is. Is it like Facebook for Potter fanatics? Is it like an online book club? Is it a shameless way to keep interest in a franchise that will be dead after July 15th? Yes? Okay, I thought so. If you can ignore J.K. Rowling’s best George Lucas impersonation long enough, you might remember that the “movie of the summer” (yeah, I called it that) is hitting theaters in a few weeks and to get you ready, Warner Brothers has released another featurette where the cast members talk about the film and I think each of them repeats “this is the end” at least a dozen times.
The final installment hits theaters on July 15th and stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Robbie Coltrane, Tom Felton, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Alan Rickman, Helena Bonham Carter and Kelly Macdonald.
